You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to SmartLifeskills.ai (home of the Smart Skills Passport) and tools.SmartLifeskills.ai (home of the SMART TOOLS service) (hereafter referred to as "the services"). Thank you for choosing SmartLifeskills.ai. These terms of service ("Terms"), also referred to as "Terms and Conditions", govern your access to and use of SmartLifeskills.ai's services, including any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the site (collectively referred to as "Content").Our platform is dedicated to providing extensive training across 550 skills, each with 10 lessons, leveraging multilingual text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities, skill-specific chatbots, a general-purpose chatbot, and language translation services with TTS for translations. These features are part of the Smart Skills Passport service.
We also offer the All-in-one SMART TOOLS AI marketing suite service to help you grow your business. Those tools reside on the subdomain tools.smartlifeskills.ai.
Smart Skills Passport and SMART TOOLS are registered trademarks. You must be at least 18 [eighteen] years of age to use this website and the services. By using this website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process. You understand that the services use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Services.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. We may disable your user ID and passwords for the services on our sole discretion without notice or explanation. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Prices of all Services and tools, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Services, are subject to change. By accessing and using SmartLifeskills.ai or tools.SmartLifeSkills.ai, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. If any provision of these terms are, or are found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of these terms of service.
Regarding affiliates sales we do not accept multi-accounts that create links between ips and that are sharing revenue between accounts. Affiliate revenue are only allowed from different ips and different accounts that are not linked together. Making sales with the same ips on the same location is forbidden. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Upon purchasing access to any of the services, SmartLifeskills.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform, strictly in accordance with our terms of service.4. Restrictions
- Skills Account Sharing: Sharing of the Smart Skills Passport login credentials is strictly prohibited outside of your own household. Each account is intended for use by the account holder and their household members only.
- Tools Account Sharing: Individual user accounts cannot be shared, however, SMART TOOLS allows additional users depending on the plan you sign up for. There is an option to purchase unlimited user accounts.
- Intellectual Property: The content, including text, graphics, code, and software, on the services, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content, is owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content.
5. User Obligations
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
- Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of our service.
6. Termination
SmartLifeskills.ai reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform or any of its services if it determines that you have violated these terms and conditions.7. Disclaimers
The service and any products and services provided through the service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SmartLifeskills.ai expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied for any of the services. By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.8. Modifications to Terms
SmartLifeskills.ai reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms on the website.10. Intellectual Property
All SmartLifeskills.ai content is the intellectual property of SmartLifeskills.ai.11. Limitation of Liability
SmartLifeskills.ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, use, or content) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence, or otherwise, even if SmartLifeskills.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages. We make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of our content. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.12. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SmartLifeskills.ai, along with its affiliates and their respective representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from the use of content produced by our service. This indemnification obligation also covers any claims or damages that arise from the use of third-party tools or resources we recommend.14. Feedback and User-Generated Content
While we do not claim ownership of user-generated content or feedback, by providing any feedback or content to us, you grant SmartLifeskills.ai the right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content or feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.16. Prohibited Use
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair our platform. Unauthorized use or distribution of the content obtained from our platform is strictly prohibited.17. Links to Third-Party Sites
SmartLifeskills.ai may occasionally include links or direct users to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites. Our inclusion of such links does not imply an endorsement.18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any legal action brought against SmartLifeskills.ai by another party must be conducted in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. However, SmartLifeskills.ai reserves the right to pursue legal action as a plaintiff in other jurisdictions if deemed necessary.19. Copyright and Trademark Notices

Your privacy is crucial to us. By agreeing to these terms, you also consent to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.21. tools.smartlifeskills.ai Payment, subscription, upgrading, downgrading and cancellation Terms
When you sign up for SMART TOOLS @ tools.smartlifeskills.ai you begin a 7-day trial period. No amount will be charged during your trial period. As soon as your trial period ends you have the option to create a paid subscription and continue with your campaigns. At the end of the 7 day trial you will NOT be billed automatically to start your paid subscription. A valid credit card is required for pay accounts. The paid service offered by tools.smartlifeskills.ai is billed in advance on a monthly basis (thirty days) and is non-refundable. There will be no refund or credit for partial use of the service, upgrade or downgrade, or for unused months with an open account that has started its paid subscription. In order to treat everyone equally, no exception will be made.
You can cancel at any time your paid subscription on the website. At the end of the monthly subscription period, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term of 30 days. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you have to previously cancel via the Subscription page on the website, easily found via a drop down menu at top right of every page in the SMART TOOLS service.
For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. We do not accept any liability for such loss.
All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
tools.smartlifeskills.ai, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other tools.smartlifeskills.ai service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. tools.smartlifeskills.ai reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
